China Mobile ready to develop value-added services when, NTT DOCOMO's successful experience helped a lot. For management considerations, Ministry of Information Industry has also developed the first access system, to send a so-called "evidence" to provide participants with a higher status. Probably just the development of the Internet opened his eyes, so they simply apply to the Internet Language: ISP called SP INTERNET remove it, ICP is called CP bar.
Oh, the name is not to be so to the research.
SP had come to play a great imagination, not that the Internet phone version it! Long point short text changed it!
What else? Nothing more than content plus service it! Can be weather, it can be colored scripts can also be illegal check points! In short, the glue edge content and services in a very short period of time was to explore the head.
Subsequently, ring tones (ring tones), background music (color words), making friends, on behalf of the charges ... ..., business, rich people do not ya head then!
Yes, SP is the variety of content products and services!
However, nothing more?
B. Joseph Pine II and James H. Gilmore in their co-author of "The Experience Economic" ("Experience Economy"), the book gives a negative answer.
Real products are from nature to explore and extract materials. The products as raw materials, enterprises can store large amounts of goods produced and then these products and from stores, shopping malls or in order to be sold the way to the general consumers. Service is based on known customer needs to customize the invisible activities. Service personnel to commodities as the basis, for a particular customer service, or customer specified items of property and services.
Customers often think that the service is more valuable than the product, service personnel to help them in what they want but do not want to do things themselves, but only provides a medium goods.
At any time, if a company deliberately to serve as a stage to consumer goods as props to make into one, this has just been named the new production - "experience" has emerged. Agricultural products can be processed, the product is solid, the service is intangible, but experience is unforgettable.
Think of "scripts" were popular bar. A catchy, memorable piece is, to bring communicators is "knowledge" a symbol of wealth, a means to regulate the atmosphere is thus self-evident experience!
Think of "ring tones" era of changing it. Creative voice, brought surprise to many people, it also brings the experience of mischief, has brought ridicule and eclectic experience!
You can also cite many such examples, the most important is that all these experiences are so common as you and me who can live where! This is the experience the charm of the economy.
Most people have no chance of us into space, but we can go to Li-Wei Yang's "Shenzhou" model, to visit some, imagine the reduction in the guy to watch a spectacular blue planet.
SP can help us achieve this dream? Can! This should be the SP sell the stuff!
